The Embassy of the Republic of Senegal in The Hague presents its compliments and has the honour to draw your attention to the 34th edition of the Dakar International Fair (FIDAK), organised by the Senegalese Centre for External Trade (CICES) from 10 to 31 December 2026 at the CICES exhibition park in Dakar.

Held under the theme “Digitalisation and innovation in the service of economic transformation”, FIDAK is West Africa’s leading general trade fair and a UFI member since 1978. Its 33rd edition brought together 1,797 exhibitors from 32 countries across 20,355 m² of exhibition space, including 15 official national participations.

For your member companies, FIDAK offers direct access to the ECOWAS and WAEMU markets, several hundred million consumers, through structured B2B sessions, economic days and a scientific forum, and country days dedicated to partner nations. The practical arrangements are designed to facilitate international participation:

– Stand rates from 35,000 to 50,000 FCFA per m² excluding tax (approx. €46 to €69), plus a registration fee of 75,000 FCFA and 18% VAT;

– Temporary admission of exhibits with waiver of the customs guarantee, duties and taxes payable only on goods actually sold during the fair, and a customs office open on site;

– Visa-free entry for nationals of European Union member States on presentation of a valid passport.

The balance of participation fees falls due on 10 November 2026, and stand allocation follows the order of registration, so early booking is advisable.
