Date: February 21st, 2023 Windhoek, Namibia
February 23rd, 2023 Lusaka, Zambia

Interested in exploring the markets of Namibia and Zambia? Is your company looking for partners, new business opportunities and networks?

The Namibian business environment draws strength from a young population, natural resources, overall stability, and well-functioning infrastructure. Zambia’s new government emphasizes private sector development and offers a stable operating environment. Finland has a very long cooperation history with both nations and we have a good reputation in Namibia and Zambia. English is the official language in both countries.

By clicking the links, you can have a look at the latest market opportunities for Namibia and Zambia compiled by the respective Finnish Embassies. In February 2023, the Doing Business with Finland seminars will provide an excellent opportunity for Finnish companies to expand their business into Namibia and Zambia. The focus sectors of the seminars are circular economy, renewable energy and green transition, including related education and training solutions. The seminars bring together companies and other relevant stakeholders in the aforementioned sectors to network and create joint business. No participation fee for the seminars is charged, but the participants are expected to arrange and pay for their travel and accommodation themselves.

The seminar dates are February 21st (Windhoek, Namibia) and and February 23rd (Lusaka, Zambia). Unfortunately, participation via video is not possible.

Registration now open for Finnish companies and organizations!

You can now register to one or both of the seminars. Please note that this registration is only for Finnish companies and organizations. A separate registration for local (Namibian & Zambian) entities will be opened at a later date.

Other relevant programme, such as company visits, will be arranged in conjunction with the seminars.

Finnpartnership arranges the seminars together with the Embassies of Finland in Windhoek and Lusaka, and the AGS Programme.
