The Embassy of Mexico in Finland cordially invites Finnish companies to participate in the upcoming Guaymas Investment Forum, that will be held on April 25 in Mexico City as part of the “Net-Zero Integrated Development of the Port of Guaymas”, a collaborative initiative between the Government of the State of Sonora in Mexico and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges.

This project is supported by the European Commission through the Global Gateway Investment Agenda (GGIA) and aims to transform the Port of Guaymas into a modern, efficient, and sustainable logistics hub.

The Forum will bring together Mexican government authorities, national companies, and international investors, serving as a platform to present the investment opportunities linked to the project, including a tender process for the construction of a next-generation port terminal. In addition, an investment workshop will be held to facilitate the contracting process and promote public-private collaboration, while providing guidance on the applicable regulatory and financial frameworks.

We warmly invite Finnish companies to take part in this high-impact initiative, located in a region with significant potential for sustainable commercial and logistical development.
