John Clements Consultants, Inc.

Carol Dominguez is the President and CEO of John Clements Consultants, Inc., one of the Philippines’ leading providers of human resources and leadership development services. 

Before joining John Clements Consultants, Carol was an officer of Citibank, where she worked from 1985 to 2001, first in New York City, followed by assignments in London and Milan. 

Carol holds degrees from the University of the Philippines, Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and Harvard Business School. 

Carol is a Director of the Harvard Alumni Association, a Board of Governor of the Management Association of the Philippines, and a founding member and board member of the Filipina CEO Circle (FCC).
