The Embassy of Peru in Finland has the honor to inform you that the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC)and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru would like to invite you to a presentation on the upcoming procurement of a national Early Warning System in Peru. The webinar will be held on Monday, 29 March 2021 at 16:00 hours (local time in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) / 09:00 hours in Peru time. Please save de date.  

The ARCC is in charge of leading and implementing the Comprehensive Plan for Reconstruction with Changes (PIRCC) of all physical infrastructure damaged and destroyed by the “el Niño Costero” Phenomenon in 13 regions of Peru.  The Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC) is an entity attached to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) of Peru.    

The upcoming virtual Roadshow will present the project on “Early Warning Systems for rivers” which allows monitoring and surveillance of the status and evolution of river flow as part of the Integral Solution Interventions carried out by ARCC.  The procurement is through the framework of the Government to Government (G2G) Agreement between Peru and the United Kingdom. The project focuses on reconstructing and improving EWS infrastructure in the coastal regions of Peru.
