The Embassy of Peru in Finland has the pleasure to invite you to the Webinar Peru: Attractive Investment Opportunity in the “Parque Industrial de Ancón” Project  – PIA  (Ancon Industrial Park)  which will take place on Friday March 5, 2021 at 16:00 hours (local time in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) / 9:00 hours (Peru time).The event is organized by the Private Investment Promotion Agency – Perú (ProInversión).  

The attraction of the project lies in its strategic location due to its proximity to the most important logistics nodes and road axes in Peru: Port of Callao, with 2.34 million TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) mobilized; Port of Chancay, with an estimated investment of USD 1,170 million; Jorge Chávez International Airport and the North Pan-American Highway.  For all these reasons, it is projected as the most important logistics hub in Peru. The estimated investment sum for the PIA amounts to US $750 million, which will be run in three phases, for 16 years.  

The event will provide information on the project, the bidding rules, the land purchase and sale contract, and the investment contract; as well as on the technical, legal, and financial requirements to take part in the contest. The webinar will be simultaneously translated into English.
