Ulla Hiekkanen-Mäkelä:

Heading new function Talent Boost Finland, making Finland attractive to international talents and boosting companies’ growth through skilled international teams. Passion is developing customer-focused organizations. First 24 years in international business and moved to public sector in 2008.
