Quality Green Plant S.R.L., a Romanian company specializing in horticulture and large-scale planting operations, is seeking investment partners for two projects:

1. Organic Rosa canina (Rosehip) Plantation – 1,000 Hectares

A large-scale project to establish an organic, mechanized Rosa canina plantation in Romania, designed to address demand for rosehips across Europe’s food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetics industries.

The project combines sustainable agricultural production with the potential for carbon sequestration and storage in vegetation and soil, while supporting biodiversity and long-term economic development.

2. Afforestation and Carbon Sequestration Project – 1,000 Hectares

A long-term afforestation project integrating Rosa canina cultivation within forest plantations, combining atmospheric CO₂ removal and storage with biodiversity conservation and additional revenue from rosehip production.

In October 2026, the European Parliament took an important step towards the implementation of the EU’s CRCF, allowing the proposed certification methodologies, including those for afforestation, to advance in the regulatory process.

Against this backdrop, the project aims to explore carbon removal certification under the European CRCF, subject to the applicable methodologies, eligibility criteria, and independent verification requirements.

Why Romania?

Romania offers significant opportunities for investment in sustainable agriculture, afforestation, and carbon sequestration. According to forestry-sector estimates, the country has approximately 2 million hectares of degraded land, highlighting its potential for ecological restoration and sustainable land management.

Quality Green Plant S.R.L. brings over 30 years of horticultural experience, its own nurseries, specialized planting machinery, and the operational capacity to implement large-scale planting projects.

We would particularly welcome connections with investment funds, family offices, and companies active in sustainable agriculture, forestry, bioeconomy, and nature-based carbon removal projects.

Upon expression of interest, we would be pleased to provide detailed investment teasers, including financial projections, proposed partnership structures, and implementation plans.
