Open tender and Request for Qualification for Public Private Partnership projects in Serbia for Finnish district heating and solid waste management consultancy.

The City of Belgrad, Serbia and its DH utility have published a request for tender. The tender is for the development of a smart district heating modernization strategy. The value for the tender is 10 million RSD (83,500 EUR). Submission of bid is 16th of September 2015 in Serbian language, Finpro help is available upon request.

The second opportunity is a Request for Qualification for the PPP project- the development strategy of the City’s solid waste management. The value of the whole project is around 300 million EUR. Deadline for acknowledging RFQ and intention to participate is 24th of September 2015. Last date to submit question regarding the RFQ is 9th of October.
